Theater Work Study: Working all plays and musicals, duties include meeting, greeting, passing out programs, helping with seating, walk through pick-up

and general office work

Evening Receptionist: Student Services - greeting customers/students and giving directions, answering the phone, scanning,printing, faxing, and operating other office equipment.  Reliability and good customer service is a must.
Hours: 2:30 pm - 7pm Monday - Thursday

Custodian: General maintenance duties which include window cleaning, mopping and sweeping floors, and general office duties. Seasonal outdoor duties include landscaping and general cleanup.

Hours: 15 - 18 hours week

IT Dept.:  Duties include inventory, clerical and scanning documents, cleaning keyboards and workstations in labs/classrooms. Must have basic technical and

graphics/desktop publishing skills.

Hours: Varies based on student's class schedule

Food Pantry Student Workers: The MAC food pantry is looking for several interested students to work 2-3 hour shifts in the pantry. Duties would include,

but are not limited to, keeping the pantry stocked, organizing the shelves, creating and hanging signage, keeping the pantry clean, and regulating student use.

To ensure many students are able to utilize the pantry, workers will need to make sure students are only taking several items, not boxes of goods. Additional duties

can be assigned as needed. Workers would report to Mrs. Sikes and Mrs Miller

Office Assistant: Job description includes answering phones, giving out brochures for Nursing and other Allied Health programs, and assisting AH students and AH faculty with simple tasks.   

Hours:   5 hours per week, 10 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Office Assistant: Duties include answering phones, data entry, filing, organizing, assist the administrative assistant with day to day activities.

Skills needed: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Organizational Skills, Dependable, Excellent Phone Skills.

Hours: 18 per week, hours are flexible, office hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. We will work around your schedule as much as possible.

Head Start program - Working with preschool aged children. Duties include literacy activities such as reading, writing, and other learning activities. Education majors preferred.

Hours:  8 - 10 hours a week
