Parking Lot Projects
Mineral Area College is accepting bids for parking lot resurfacing and two parking lots to be asphalted and a roadway widened. The lots for resurfacing are parking Lot C - 204 ft x 356 ft and upper parking Lot F - 133 ft x 336 ft. The entrance to parking Lot C is 25 ft x 62 ft. The parking lots to be asphalted (currently gravel) are lower parking Lot F - 135 ft x 275 ft and the softball parking lot - 165 ft x 240 ft. The current roadway that needs to be widened is 16 ft x 344 ft; it needs to be 36 ft x 344 ft. The College would also like a bid for an overflow parking lot to the west of the softball parking lot - 150 ft x 150 ft. Responses to this RFP must be received at the President's Office, 5270 Flat River Rd, Park Hills, MO 63601 (emailed to jgilgour@mineralarea.edu) prior to 11:00 am on Monday, July 13, 2026.
