Create a Support Ticket:
• Click the “MAC IT Helpdesk” icon on any campus computer desktop.
• When filling out the ticket, be sure to select “IT Support Ticket” as the type of ticket.
• If you do not have access to a campus computer, please call or email us instead.
*The IT Department reserves each Sunday from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for network maintenance. Network and computer services may be unavailable at any time during this period so users should consider this before beginning any online testing or other critical process. The third Friday of the month from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. is also downtime for MyMAC.
Student Email
• Go to www.gmail.com or download the GMail app.
• Your username for logging in is your full student email address.
• Your password can be retrieved by using the Login Information page on MyMAC.
* If you have logged in before or called the Help Desk to have something fixed, it could be a password you created.
Brightspace
• Visit MAC's Brightpsace page.
• Your username for logging in is your full student email address.
• Your password can be retrieved by using the Login Information page on MyMAC.
MyMAC
• Visit the MyMAC web page.
• Your username for logging in to MyMAC is your student ID number.
• Your password for MyMAC is created by you. If you are unsure of your password, enter your student ID into the username field and click Continue.
• After clicking Continue, click the Get MyMAC Password link to the right and complete the next step. It will send a password reset link to your student email account.

Microsoft Office 365
• Go to the Office web page.
• Your username to login is your full student email address.
• Your password can be retrieved by using the Login Information page on MyMAC.
Campus Computers
• Students currently enrolled in classes are provided Computer Lab and Classroom computer access.
• Your username is your student email address. You can type the whole address out or you can just type the beginning of your address. Ex: ab123.stu@mineralarea.edu or ab123.stu
• Your password can be retrieved by using the Login Information page on MyMAC.
