CARDS DAY is open to any student interested in or planning to attend Mineral Area College in the Fall 2024 semester.
It's an Open House and Registration Day all in one. So, no matter where you are in the process, you are welcome to join us. We'll be ready to answer all your questions, help you with books, classes and more!
There's no need to RSVP to attend a CARDS Day, but if you want to let us know you're coming, you can do that here!
When you arrive on campus, we will check you in, but the day is designed to let you move at your own pace. We'll have resources available to help you get your MAC to-do list taken care of!
You'll need a photo ID for some services like printing your class schedule. Other than that, just bring yourself and your family or friends!
Main Campus
The MAC Store will be open, and you can get the books you need for your fall classes.
The MAC Store also offers online ordering, and fall sales will be available starting July 22. If you are attending the August CARDS Day and have placed an online order prior to the event, you can pick up your order in-store that day.
Cape Girardeau and Perryville
The MAC Store offers online ordering, and fall sales will be available starting July 22. If you place an online order prior to CARDS Day, you can choose to pick up your books at the Cape or Perryville event. To do this, you should choose "Pickup in Store" and, in the comments, indicate "Pick up at Cape Campus" or "Pick up at Perryville Campus."
Yes! You can get your MAC Student ID, while you're here. Be ready to smile!
We'll have have several options for you to explore campus. You can take a self-guided tour or have a staff member show you around. If you've registered for your classes already, we can even help you find your classrooms!
Yes! We will have Navigators and Advisors available to help you register for your fall classes.
Absolutely! It's easy to apply to MAC online and we'll have staff ready to walk you through the process and answer any questions you have.
Ideally, you would attend a CARDS DAY at the location where you'll take classes, but if the timing just doesn't work for you, our staff will still be able to help you with books, registration, ID and resources at any location. You'd just miss out on meeting site-specific staff and campus tours (but we'd always love to meet you a different day!)
