Dave Dickey Big Band Camp

Join us this summer and experience the fun of being part of the Big Band!
This camp is for students 8th grade to college level who play trumpet, trombone, saxophone, piano, guitar, bass, vibraphone, and drums. Students must have 2 years of instruction or be proficient on their instrument of study. Students will be paired together based on experience and will spend the week gaining experience in being part of the big band, jazz history, improvisation, various jazz styles, and more!

Led by Dave Dickey, well-known St. Louis educator, bandleader of the Dave Dickey Big Band, and former president of Missouri Association for Jazz Education.
Commuter Students
$250
Covers tuition, instruction, t-shirt, lunch, and snacks.
Open to Middle School-College students.
Resident Students
$325
Covers tuition, instruction, t-shirt, room and board, and meals. Students are asked to bring money to purchase 2 evening meals, the rest is covered.
