Mineral Area College’s Office of Workforce Development offers customized training courses and services to enhance employees’ careers, improve business effectiveness, and support returning adult learners. We adapt to the evolving needs of our community industries to produce programs that positively impact the local economy.
MAC is one of only nine Missouri technical and community colleges participating in MoAMP—the Missouri Apprenticeships in Manufacturing Program. With substantial funding from the U.S. Department of Labor, MoAMP develops innovative apprenticeship training programs that will lead to high-demand occupations in the advanced manufacturing industry.
